| The Olympia PPO is a plan that allows you
to use any dentist you wish. The covered expenses you incur
will be reimbursed to you according to the benefit schedule.
The plan also has a dental network which you can utilize if
you wish which will lower your out-of –pocket cost. The
network is called DenteMax. A partial schedule of the
